Honestly, Arlene at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful during our check-in process! She Honestly made the whole stay field just like home she helped my wife by recommending some good dinner spots for us to try while we were staying here and also informed us all about the pool & the gym! She deserves a promotion! Also the rooms are very spacious and clean as well as the outside of the building and the pool and the gym! And to top it all off the breakfast is amazing with sausage biscuits bacon yogurt and more!
The only reason I didn't give a 5star is because they overcharged me by $100 that stayed as pending and it took over 2 weeks for it to drop off
My son and I stayed a week as we were looking at houses. We loved our stay the rooms were very clean and the ladies at the desk were awesome and so friendly.
Nice place. The rooms were clean and they had plenty of towels! The pool deck had plenty of chairs and the kids had a great time splashing around. The breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty to choose from, great coffee and there is no way you would leave hungry. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The most pleasant experience in hospitality industry only comparable to maybe a cruise. The front desk ladies were super friendly. One of them was consistently serving my 6 yo breakfast every morning! She didn't have to do that. I was so thrilled to be in this hotel. It's newly remodeled. I highly recommend this place. I honestly didn't want to leave.
This is a wonderful place to bring your family or yourself to rent a room the staff here are awesome very polite very welcoming they go out of their way for the customer and 50 stars in this review they are awesome and they show all customers the best excellent customer service this is a wonderful place to stay clean and safe
Rooms are nice. Stayed here several times always clean, with the exception of the one roach I saw this latest stay. Girl at front desk is amazing, always nice and attentive.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfort Inn in Oklahoma City was a great stay overall. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially cozy, and everything felt well-maintained and organized. What really stood out was the staff. They were very welcoming, answered the phone immediately when I called, and were fast and helpful with everything. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and smiley, which made check-in feel easy and pleasant. Breakfast was included with a good variety, parking was easy, and the location was convenient. For the price, this place offers solid value. I’d definitely stay here again.
